12 week MIND BODY NOURISH PROGRAM

If you are experiencing any of the following, then this is program is for you:

  • Contemplating dieting or wanting to ‘tone up’ (build muscle, lose fat)

  • Struggling to lose weight OR keep it off

  • Poor relationship with food

  • History of chronic dieting

  • Previously tried numerous diets (keto, low carb, paleo, vegan, intermittent fasting, etc.) with minimal success

  • Bingeing episodes

  • Low energy

  • Constantly thinking about food

  • Low self-esteem or feeling defective

  • Self-worth is attached to appearance

  • Black and white thinking (for example, labelling foods as “healthy” or “unhealthy”)

  • This 12 week program will teach you the principles of nutrition and help you to reflect on your mindset to nourish both your body and mind

  • Week 1 / Getting to know you

    Week 1 is all about establishing your baseline. I will learn to understand what your nutrition and mindset currently look like. I will take a detailed personal history to assess your current health status. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

  • Week 2 / Goal Setting

    Based on what we discover during week 1, we will intensively set your goals and find your ‘why’. Barriers to reaching your goals will be addressed and we will look at your mindset and self efficacy. Nothing will stand in your way.

  • Week 3 / New Beginnings

    After an intensive reflection during week 1 and 2, we put everything together and take action during week 3. You’ll start learning your personal nutritional and psychological needs. I will teach you the fundamentals of nutrition including macronutrients that are personalised to your current needs. These will be assessed on a weekly basis.

WEeks 4-12

Each week will bring a new topic, covering nutritional and psychological aspects of eating. You will learn how to nourish your body while still including all your favourite foods. You will also learn how to track your progress and how to alter your nutrition and lifestyle to suit your individual and dynamic metabolic needs. You will receive informative materials to assist with your life-long personal health journey.
